About Me

A woman with red hair in a high ponytail, wearing a green sports bra and black leggings, holding a kettlebell, standing against a plain gray background.

Let's rewind to my teenage years, where "snack" meant a whopping five almonds (shout out to every teen magazine ever!). I ran on fumes, played multiple sports exhausted, and had a serious obsession with being thin that led to some pretty un-fun anxiety around food and my weight. Fast forward to university, and I was still on the cardio hamster wheel, trying to eat as little as possible, and constantly disappointed with what I saw in the mirror. Does any of this hit home?

My world truly shifted when I discovered strength training. The idea of eating more and focusing on getting strong felt utterly rebellious but also amazing. Weightlifting wasn't just a workout; it was a revelation. I ditched the endless cardio sessions and started feeling genuinely powerful and confident.

My fitness path, especially living the NYC hustle, taught me a lot about pushing limits – and unfortunately, about burnout and injuries too. I learned that prioritizing sleep, managing stress, and nurturing my body are non-negotiable. (And trust me, a solid therapist helped A LOT)

In 2019, I started coaching because I wanted to help others experience the incredible benefits of strength training without the obsessive rules or self-punishment. My clients are busy, driven individuals with lives that extend far beyond the gym walls. That's exactly how it should be! Fitness is here to enhance your life, not be your entire life.

Currently, I'm deepening my knowledge with a Master's in Clinical Nutrition to better support you on your health journey.

My goal? To help you build strength, find peace with food, and truly thrive in every aspect of your life. Sound like your kind of vibe?
